2.1 BILLON Dollars – EMC Agrees to Acquire RSA

Are they ill tempered technology companies? Not exactly a web technology or start-ups but it is big news anyway. Local technology giant EMC (Hopkinton) has agreed to acquire Bedford-based RSA for 2.1 BILLION dollars. I just love the sound of the $2.1 BILLION dollars. The deal amounts to about $28 Dollars per share for RSA stakeholders.

A quick look around the web has some bloggers and reporters wondering if the deals was a bit too rich.
