		<description><![CDATA[Not exactly a web technology or start-ups but it is big news anyway.  Local technology giant EMC (Hopkinton) has agreed to acquire Bedford-based RSA for 2.1 BILLION dollars.  I just love the sound of the $2.1 BILLION dollars.  The deal amounts to about $28 Dollars per share for RSA stakeholders.
