Online radio site UNregular Radio is looking for people to create and host their own online shows. This startup appears to be a bit like BlogTalkRadio.com but with an open format looking for comedy, music and other types shows.

I would like to send out a special congratulations to Lowell based Dimdim, the open source online meeting software, who announced a webinar service that captured the blogospheres attention today.
